The Career Returners Program has started strong in 2018. We have a number of new partners from a range of industries exploring the opportunity to work with us to bring more women in to their business. We have also attracted a number of great participants who are now actively connecting with our partners to explore opportunities. Many of our participants have secured roles, citing the support they received from our team as fundamental in helping build their confidence to successfully present themselves.
We are delighted to continue working with Westpac to truly integrate our program in to their recruitment channels, where our candidates are given early consideration for all relevant roles. We are partnering with them to attract more participants for the broad range of opportunities that they have. We are delighted to be co-hosting an event with Westpac on 17 May for female leaders exploring the opportunity to return to a corporate role following an extended career break.
